Stavros D. Kaplaneris is a business executive, community leader, and nonprofit founder driven by faith, service, and a deep commitment to building stronger communities across North Texas.

He serves as Chief Revenue Officer of Texas Artisan Group (formerly Artisan Masonry & Granite), a multi-division construction and specialty services company with more than 30 years of craftsmanship and industry experience. In this role, Stavros leads strategic growth, brand development, and operational alignment, with a focus on excellence, accountability, and stewardship.

Stavros is the Founder of Operation Forward, a veteran-focused legacy initiative rooted in compassion, dignity, and long-term restoration. Designed as a 12-month commitment rather than a one-time giveaway, Operation Forward provides structured, wraparound support to deserving veterans through community partnership, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

A member of Leadership Rockwall Class of 2026, Stavros is actively involved in civic leadership, nonprofit service, and local chambers throughout Rockwall County. His approach to leadership is grounded in biblical principles—servant leadership, integrity, humility, and personal responsibility.

Guided by faith and the belief that leadership is a calling, Stavros is passionate about putting people before profit, serving others well, and leaving a legacy that reflects God’s purpose through action, generosity, and community impact.

Dorothy Kaplaneris

Dorothy M. Kaplaneris is a passionate community advocate, servant leader, and dedicated supporter of initiatives that strengthen and uplift others. Rooted in faith and driven by purpose, Dorothy has become a respected presence throughout the Rockwall community through her involvement in nonprofit organizations, local events, and outreach efforts that make a lasting impact.
With a heart for service, Dorothy actively supports and contributes to many organizations such as Lakeside AMBUCS and helping bring awareness, resources, and meaningful experiences to those in need—especially individuals and families facing mobility challenges and hardship. Whether she is volunteering at events, assisting behind the scenes, or helping coordinate key details, Dorothy leads with humility, compassion, and excellence.
Beyond her community involvement, Dorothy is a strong advocate for faith, family, and personal growth. She believes in the power of showing up, serving others, and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
Dorothy stands alongside her husband, Stavros Kaplaneris, as a partner in both life and purpose, supporting numerous initiatives that aim to leave a legacy of impact, generosity, and service.
Her mission is simple yet powerful: to love people well, serve faithfully, and make a difference wherever God calls her.

John is our all around guy. Handling anything asked of him. Before launching his career in Medicare, John managed restaurants such as Fuddruckers and Olive Garden for many years before getting into Foodservice Distribution with Kraft Foods, then into the Foodservice Brokerage field for many years. He then obtained his insurance licenses and is learning new ways how I can become a better Medicare Advisor.
